Orders

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it and before the 17:00 cut-off time. To modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@milner-fashion.co.uk.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and then initiate a return process as outlined in our return policy.

Delivery & Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–5 business days, and delivery takes 7–9 business days after processing. Shipping is free within the UK.

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will either try again or deliver the package to a nearby collection point. You'll receive instructions on how to retrieve it.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping costs are covered by us — we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimbursement once your request is approved.

Personalised products, perishable items, and hygiene-related items (like beauty products) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
